2. Identity Verification: We verify that the patient has a valid government ID. If an ID is unavailable, we can assist you with the "Credible Witness" process as permitted by the California Secretary of State.

3. Required Witnesses: If your specific document requires witnesses (such as an Advance Directive), we can coordinate professional witnesses to accompany us, ensuring full compliance with the CA Probate Code.
