Yes — bedside signings at hospitals and care facilities are a core service. Facility appointments require extra pre-screening because access, signer awareness, ID, and document readiness can affect whether the notarization can proceed.

Can you help me choose between an acknowledgment and a jurat?

We can explain how each one works, but a notary cannot choose the notarial act for you — that would be legal advice. The choice comes from your document, the receiving agency, or your attorney.

Do I need witnesses?
