Rescheduling & cancellations • Cancel online up to 12 hours before start time (matches site control). • Inside 12 hours, contact us—cancellations may be treated as late-cancel/no-show. • No-show: travel tier may be charged; if notarization has begun, the first signature applies. • Reschedules are handled by our team (we’ll move your slot). After-hours & Sunday • If a daytime booking shifts past posted hours, an after-hours premium may apply. • Sunday daytime premium may apply (see add-on when available). Payment • Payment is collected in person at the appointment, based on your written quote. Refunds for late-cancel/no-show follow the rules above; any partial refunds exclude non-recoverable costs. Documents & privacy • Do not email or upload sensitive numbers; we handle documents in person. • Names on IDs must match your documents; corrections may require a new appointment.
